Structural Guard Membership Terms & Conditions
Parties & Location
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Member”) and QuigPro, Inc. d/b/a Structural Guard(“Structural Guard,” “we,” or “us”), a Texas corporation with its principal place of business at 7505 Fannin St, Suite 440, Houston, TX 77054.
By enrolling or submitting payment below, you agree to be bound by all provisions set forth here and by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as they appear in this page’s “Policies” section.

1. Membership Enrollment

• Property Covered
  The single residential property you enroll (the “Property”), here 7505 Fannin St, Suite 440, Houston, TX 77054.

• Digital Signature
  Online enrollment or digital signature binds you under the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

2. Term & Renewal

• Initial Term
  12 months, starting on the first day of the month after enrollment.

• Automatic Renewal
  Unless you cancel at least 30 days before term end via your online account or in writing, Membership renews for another 12 months under the same fees and terms.

3. Fees & Payment
Member shall pay all fees per your agreed-upon plan:

• Annual Plan
  One payment of $___ per 12-month term, due on the anniversary of your enrollment date.

• Monthly Plan
  Twelve equal monthly payments of $___, each due on the same calendar day each month.

  Late Payments: If any payment is more than 5 days late, a $150 late fee applies, plus 2% interest per month on any unpaid balance. Membership benefits may be suspended until all past-due amounts are paid in full.

4. Services Provided
Each plan includes at minimum:

1. Annual Structural Inspection by a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer.

2. PE-stamped Written Report, delivered within 5 business days.

3. Priority Scheduling, ensuring an inspection within 72 hours of request or subject to local engineer availability.

4. Member Discounts on any follow-up inspections or engineering services.

5. Member Responsibilities

• Safe Access
  Provide unobstructed interior and exterior access.

• Cooperation
  Missed appointments due to access issues may incur rescheduling fees.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• 30-Day Trial: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial enrollment, we will refund your most recent payment in full.

• After 30 Days: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your then-current paid term, and no refunds or proration will be issued once inspection resources have been allocated or work has begun.

• Inspection Service Fee: If you cancel after any inspection(s) have been completed, you may be charged the full inspection service fee.

7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Structural Guard and its agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of this Agreement or negligence, except for our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability will not exceed the fees you have paid under this Agreement or $2,000,000 (whichever is greater). We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by Texas law. Any disputes must be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.

10. Communications Consent
You consent to receive texts, calls, and emails at the contact information you provide. Standard carrier rates apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time; essential service messages (scheduling, reports) will continue.

11. Policy Acknowledgment
